We are new to the region and were working remotely when we decided to go for a home in this new-to-us Colorado town. Kris helped us navigate the entire process: from explaining basic options (we are first time home owners), to helping us find local services for the house inspection, insurances, etc. Since we couldn't be at the closing in person (we were in a different state), Kris arranged everything for us by phone and with a mobile notary. She checked on our new home multiple times before we were ready to move in, to make sure it was all in order and well taken care off by the previous owner. When I decided to sell my home, Alison walked me through every step of the process. It was an emotional time for me as I had lived in my home for 15 years and was very attached. She was so patient and helpful and was there for me every step of the way. We put the house on the market and had a full price offer in 8 hours! WOW! Once my house was sold, I couldn't decide if I wanted to rent or buy. Alison was so incredibly patient with me and took me to see so many houses that I lost count! I could find fault with every one of them, but she kept working with me despite my indecisiveness. Finally, we walked into my current home and I looked at her and said "This is it!!" (Sigh of relief here). That is when all the fun started! During the inspection and financing part of the process, I can't tell you how many times I called her and said "I can't do this!". Every time she would calmly walk me through what was causing me anxiety (at that moment) and explain things to me until I understood everything. We finally closed and I am a proud owner of the house! Without Alison's patience, understanding and just general awesomeness, I would be renting an apartment and not be living in a home that I love and am proud to call my own!
