I worked with Alison on both sides of the home purchase; selling my current home and purchasing a new one. When I decided to sell my home, Alison walked me through every step of the process. It was an emotional time for me as I had lived in my home for 15 years and was very attached. She was so patient and helpful and was there for me every step of the way. We put the house on the market and had a full price offer in 8 hours! WOW! Once my house was sold, I couldn't decide if I wanted to rent or buy. Alison was so incredibly patient with me and took me to see so many houses that I lost count! I could find fault with every one of them, but she kept working with me despite my indecisiveness. Finally, we walked into my current home and I looked at her and said "This is it!!" (Sigh of relief here). That is when all the fun started! During the inspection and financing part of the process, I can't tell you how many times I called her and said "I can't do this!".
